Glutton to Gorgeous Keto Influencer
After losing 80lbs in 8 months following the Ketogenic diet, Tanisha began sharing her journey on Instagram under the handle Glutton to Gorgeous. Within a few short months, Tanisha's brand took off, garnering over 40K followers!
Objectives: (1) Improve brand awareness by positioning ‘Glutton to Gorgeous’ as a leading Keto influencer. (2) Increase the visibility of the ‘Glutton to Gorgeous’ brand across various social media platforms in order to garner more buyers for online Keto guides, press (speaking engagements, interviews, etc.), and brand interest to result in more partnerships/collaboration opportunities.
Customer Satisfaction for Fast Food Company
The ABC Food Company identified there was a service gap between their campus and free-standing locations. As a result, the company begun looking at ways to improve the service model.
Objective & Methodology: Identify key drivers of satisfaction at The ABC Food Company on-campus locations and determine the level of impact the current service operating model has on business. Over 400 customer intercepts were conducted across 3 universities.
New Concept Test for ABC Company
The ABC Company hypothesized that their current systems were not adequately meeting the needs of their small, home-based business customers.
Objective & Methodology: Identify customer's current pain points in order to design a solutions platform that best fit their needs. Data was collected via online survey. 834 small business customers completed the survey.
